Eleanor Burnham spent an activity packed day with the Arfon Liberal Democrats on Saturday 14th November, a day which concluded with a landmark decision to change the name of Bangor, Caernarfonshire and Districts Liberal Democrats to the Arfon Liberal Democrats.

Despite the appalling weather the event was well attended and both the produce and bric-a-brac stalls proved popular.
Later in the afternoon, the local party held their Annual General Meeting at Talgai Hall followed by a home made supper where they were joined by friends from other parts of Wales.
The Chairman, Mike Clemence, welcomed the Mayor of Bangor, Mrs Jean Forsyth, Eleanor, Sarah Green (Prospective Parliamentary Candidate for Arfon ), friends and members old and new.
