Burnham pleased as North Wales Welsh Liberal Democrat President elected

Eleanor Burnham, Welsh Liberal Democrat Assembly member for North Wales, today offered her congratulations to her fellow North Walian Christine Humphreys on her election as President of the Welsh Liberal Democrats.

Ms Burnham said:

"I am pleased for Christine on her election as the new President of the Welsh Liberal Democrats. Christine is a fellow Welsh speaker within the party and her experience as a former Assembly Member for North Wales provides her with background knowledge to help take the party forward and appeal to more people throughout Wales, including the Welsh speaking communities. I look forward to working with Christine over the next two years."
